JOB PURPOSE: A Production Analyst as part of a team is responsible for performing para-professional operational research, analysis, coding, and reporting duties, tasks, and assignments of advanced complexity in support of the Product Management Department and its varied operations.  A Production Analyst works collaboratively and in consultation with management, the software development team, and other organizational members to create and maintain organizational applications and software that facilitate and streamline the process of the organization’s business operations with clients, providers, patients, and end-users.  In this role the incumbent performs feasibility analysis, manages multiple data sets, and works with the proprietary software to implement identified deliverables and product functionalities with a focus on improving and enhancing SinfoníaRx business operations and optimal application operability. The incumbent routinely works with a high-level of self-initiative, authority, and responsibility in addressing and resolving operational situations, demonstrating independent judgment in their execution.

Skills / Requirements

EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or a related field from an approved and accredited college or university.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) year’s progressive experience in a role performing information technology systems analysis, programming, or consultation of operational programs or informational systems in a business or healthcare environment.  Preferred: prior experience working with pharmacy operations or with medication therapy management (MTM) services.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Preferred: A+, Network+, HDI, ITIL

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Advanced skills and understanding in development, integration, and management of enterprise systems or applications, programs, and software; to include database queries, SQL, as well as system queries and reporting. Maintains an awareness of emerging technologies; conducts and coordinates requested training and refresher training for clients or end-users. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills as applied when interacting with employees, clients, or agency representatives; successfully conveying and exchanging information in a positive manner.

Important Notes

SinfoníaRx is seeking to identify a qualified individual for this position working at our headquarters office in Tucson, Arizona. A remote working assignment may be available.
